EFFEMINACY

This collection addresses effeminacy in a positive, celebratory manner. Effeminacy has been deemed as a culturally undesirable characteristic. This association is due to the socialization that men are supposed to behave in a masculine fashion. Through the use of classical menswear design with fabrics and silhouettes that are traditionally associated with femininity, a new dialogue is created around portraying one’s masculinity and femininity simultaneously.
